Refund Policy
How cancellations, billing corrections, and refund requests are handled.

Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through the available account controls or by contacting support@hammerlex.com. Unless an applicable order form states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal.
Refund eligibility
Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law, where a signed order form provides otherwise, or where we confirm a duplicate charge or billing error. We do not provide refunds for unused time, partially used billing periods, or failure to cancel before renewal unless required by law.
Billing errors
Report a suspected duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or other billing error within 30 days of the charge. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and the last four digits of the payment method. Do not send full card or bank-account numbers by email.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times are controlled by the payment provider and financial institution and may vary.
Order forms and mandatory rights
If a signed order form contains different cancellation or refund terms, that agreement controls. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
