- 49–54 min = 0.9
- 55–60 min = 1.0

## Notes
Utilization — the share of worked hours that are billable — is the lever. Targets of 1,700–2,000 billable hours/year usually require considerably more total hours. Accurate, real-time capture protects revenue.
