- Pay stubs / income statements (typically most recent 3–6 months)

## Accounts & assets
- Bank account statements (checking, savings, individual and joint)
- Brokerage / investment account statements
- Retirement accounts (401k, IRA, pension)
- Real estate records (deeds, mortgage statements, valuations)
- Vehicles & other titled property
- Business ownership documents (formation, ownership %, valuation)
- Life insurance policies (cash value)

## Debts & obligations
- Credit card statements (all cards, individual and joint)
- Loan statements (personal, auto, student, lines of credit)
- Liens against real or personal property

## Expenses
- Monthly household budget / expense summary
- Recent large or unusual expenses
